Zeekr Group, the world’s leading premium new energy vehicle (NEV) group under Geely Holding, today officially announces the establishment of its National Sales Company (NSC) in Malaysia - Zeekr Intelligent Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
This strategic move marks a significant milestone for Zeekr in Southeast Asia, as the company strengthens its commitment to the Malaysian market. The newly established NSC will directly oversee wholesale operations, dealer network expansion, branding and marketing activities, as well as aftersales operations throughout the country.
“Zeekr has recently achieved a significant milestone with the production of our 500,000th mass-produced vehicle globally as of June, and we have successfully expanded into over 40 countries and regions. Among them, Malaysia is one of the most important markets for Zeekr in Southeast Asia, and we are investing significant commitment and resources to build a strong and lasting presence here”, said Alex Bao, Managing Director of Zeekr Southeast Asia.
Alex Bao added that, “ The establishment of this National Sales Company marks an important step in that journey. I strongly believe it will allow Zeekr to better connect with our customers — to listen to their voices, understand their needs, and serve them with greater care. This also reinforces our long-term commitment to Malaysia, with three key focus areas: expanding network availability, enhancing aftersales services, and increasing marketing investment.”
Currently, Zeekr has two official showrooms in Malaysia: Zeekr Space in Petaling Jaya and Zeekr Space in IOI Mall Puchong. With the formation of the NSC, and together with our local partners — Sentinel Automotive Sdn Bhd (our official importer and dealer), as well as dealers like Preeminent Auto and Carro — Zeekr will further accelerate its expansion by opening eight additional Zeekr authorized showrooms at the following confirmed locations:
